Trauma Academy BioSkills Course Concept
LIFELIKE FRACTURE SIMULATION
Inspired by pilot training in flight simulators.
The newest course concept in the Whitebook for Medical Care of the Severely Injured (“Weißbuch Schwerverletztenversorgung”).
Diligent maintenance of technical, procedural and interpersonal competencies is essential for the training of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeons. The Germany Society of Trauma Surgery (DGU) recommends a series of courses that provide the framework for this maintenance, a framework which now boasts a versatile new component: Lifelike Fracture Simulation.
