Course Description & Agenda:
The L3 Advanced course addresses the latest techniques and best practices in operative fracture management to successfully deal with moderate orthopedic trauma challenges. The course reflects the daily life challenges you are confronted with in your clinical routine. This is done by training end-to-end trauma management on realistically pre-fractured human specimens. Refining hands-on skills in a lifelike clinical setting is in focus and includes interactive discussions with the masters and participants around your individual case. Didactics are built around planning, performing and defending the individual cases using X-ray and CT scans in small groups. The hands-on wet lab sessions focus on performing your individual case in a lifelike clinical setting having actual cases and all OR infrastructure like 3D fluoroscopy available. We value your time - you are here for hands-on practice!

Preparation & Follow-up:
"We value your time" is our motto, that's why we want to focus as much on practical & hands-on training as possible and reducing theory to the minimum. That's why we'll send you the X-ray and CT scans of the individual cases upfront so you can arrive prepared.
After the course, your treatment results will be shared and you'll get access to our online expert network where you can stay in contact with the other participants and the faculty to refer back and continue to interact and build your own professional network.
